For active people, the hardest part of an injury is often the time away from what they love. Traditional surgery can mean weeks in a boot or sling, months of rehab, and a long road back. For many conditions, regenerative treatments such as PRP, bone marrow concentrate, adipose tissue, and shockwave therapy offer a different path.

No incisions, no hospital stay. Orthobiologic injections are performed in the office with image guidance, usually in under an hour. There are no stitches or general anesthesia, and most patients walk out on their own the same day.

A shorter recovery window. Mild soreness for a few days is common and expected, since it's part of the healing response. Most people return to daily activities within a day or two, then build back to full training over the following weeks with guided rehab.

Healing while you move. Controlled movement and loading help tissue remodel. Rather than immobilizing the area for weeks, we use a structured progression that keeps you conditioned while the treatment works.

Shockwave therapy has virtually no downtime. Sessions take minutes, and most patients resume normal activity right away.

Preserving your tissue. Treating the problem earlier and less invasively may help some patients delay or avoid surgery altogether.

Every patient and injury is different. We'll build a recovery plan around your goals, whether that means getting back on the court, the trail, or simply through a pain-free day.
