• Make certain there is an approval for us to evaluate and treat the injury.
• Bring any available clinical records and imaging studies (usually on a CD or thumb drive).
• Provide your medical information, medication list and any other pertinent information.
• Provide our team with information about the injury as well as your regular duties.
• Sometimes a case manager will attend the visit with you. We always offer to discuss your plan of care directly with you and the case manager if you approve.
